CONFIRMED NETWORK CONFERENCE SPEAKERS
Rich Guerra | Opening Service & State of the Network Adress | Rich currently serves as 12th Superintendent of the SoCal Network the Assemblies of God. He earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies in 1978 and a M.A. in Church Leadership at Southern California College in 1987, now known as Vanguard University. He served as the Youth Ministries Director for the Southern California District in 1984, and then went on to Capital Christian Center in Sacramento as Singles Pastor. His Lead Pastoral ministry was at Trinity Life Center, in Las Vegas, 1990 – 1995, and at Visalia First Assembly of God for 12 years. Rich served as an Executive Presbyter for the Southern California District prior to being elected as Assistant Superintendent in April 2007. He was elected Superintendent in April, 2010. At the 2021 Assemblies of God General Council, Rich was elected as the General Council Executive Presbyter for the Southwest Region to help facilitate nine ministry Districts/Networks across the southwest portion of the United States. Rich and his wife, Coni, have been married since 1978 and have three grown children – Ryan, Andrew, and Lindsay. They have six grandchildren – Jacob, London, Simon, Everly, Raelyn, and Matilda.
Brent and Shelly Teague | Wednesday night Missions Banquet | Brent & Shelley are area directors for West Africa. They are working with missionaries and national churches for church planting and training. It is their goal to partner with teams to reach a vision for a church to be planted within walking distance of every African. The Teagues have served in Ghana, Togo, and Niger. They have been serving in Ivory Coast since 2010.
Dr. David Docusen | Tuesday Leadership Luncheon | Dr. David Docusen has spent the past twenty years investing into communities as a pastor, church planter, author, speaker, professor and advocate. The Docusen family has started The Neighborliness Center, which is the home for their work creating strategic plans for churches, businesses, and organizations to cross dividing lines and see the kingdom of God established in cities around the world. The Neighborliness Center is in the process of building a community center that will give equitable access to education, employment, healthcare, and housing for neighbors in the surrounding community.
His book, Neighborliness, was featured on Good Morning America and hit #1 in four separate categories on Amazon. Thebook and related resources have been used around the world as practical tools to cross dividing lines.
Doug Clay | Ordination Service | Doug is the general superintendent of The General Council of the Assemblies of God, Springfield, Missouri, will be guest speaker for the Ordination Service at Network Conference. Clay was elected at the 57th General Council in August, 2017. As general superintendent of the Assemblies of God, USA, part of the largest Pentecostal denomination in the world, he is a member of the denomination’s Executive Leadership Team and Executive Presbytery. The church has more than 13,000 congregations in the United States with over three million adherents. The U.S. Assemblies of God is part of a larger World Assemblies of God Fellowship with a membership of over 68 million. Prior to his present position, Clay served the church as its general treasurer for nine years. He was superintendent of the Ohio District from 2004-2008, and pastored Calvary Assembly of God in Toledo, Ohio, from 1997-2004. Clay has also served as the Assemblies of God national youth director (1995-1997), Ohio District youth director (1989-1995) and as a youth pastor in Ohio and Iowa. He is a 1985 graduate of Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. Clay has a passionate love for the local church; he is a church health enthusiast and he effectively equips leaders to grow in their calling. Clay is the author of Ordered Steps and Dreaming in 3D. He and his wife, Gail, have two grown daughters and seven grandchildren.
Glyn Barrett |Men’s Ministries Lunch | Glyn & his wife Sophia are the Senior Pastors of !Audacious Church, a multi-site, multi-generational church with six campuses throughout England.
Glyn is also the National Leader of Assemblies of God Great Britain, a 600 Church Strong Pentecostal denomination and co-chair of Empowered21 for Western Europe.
He and Sophia have two children, Georgia and Jaedon. Glyn is fanatical about Manchester City Football Club. He also loves his motorbike, his family and did we mention Manchester City Football Club?
